2023 Little Docents Summer Camp

Fostering children's expressive abilities, steady demeanor, and confidence.

With a successful ten-year establishment, the Buddha Museum upholds Venerable Master Hsing Yun's philosophy of "cultivating talents through education" and promotes the values of "doing good deeds, speaking good words, and having good intentions." The Buddha Museum, in collaboration with the Fo Guang Shan Cultural and Educational Foundation, is actively engaged in English language education in rural areas. To provide students with the opportunity to apply their learning during the summer vacation, a themed summer camp is organized at the Buddha Museum, enabling participants to explore and introduce the multifaceted environment of the museum, which encompasses culture, art, education, aesthetics, and an international outlook.

This year's camp will be held from July 8th to 9th. The Chinese group will focus on the Top Ten Treasures of the Buddha Museum and the theme of protecting life. The English group will use the picture book "Little Jay's Magical Adventure" as teaching material to enhance children's English listening, speaking, and writing abilities. Limited spots are available, so please register promptly.
