This statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is the work of Loretta Huishan Yang, whose artistic creations are made with the lost-wax process of glass casting. As a Buddhist practitioner herself, she vowed to donate this image of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva with a thousand arms and a thousand eyes to the Buddha Museum, making a connection with all living beings.
